We adhere to strict quality control procedures. However, every now and then an occasional item manages to slip through the production process, and therefore must be returned. Any product that needs to be returned due to a fault will require a postal pack with a return number. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the product.

Please note, that SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Full priced garments need to be returned as they were received- unworn, folded and packed in perfect condition with all swing tags attached, along with the receipt of purchase and within 7 working days. Please provide your contact and credit card details in order for a refund to be processed.

A refund for the garment will be processed within 3 days of the returned product being received.
