SHIPPING | AUSTRALIA

*ORDERS must be received by 3pm AWDT (western daylight time) to be shipped same day

FREE standard shipping when you spend $50 or more.

FREE express shipping on FULL priced items.

Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $5 parcel post OR $15 express post.

Please note: Orders that include only sale items will be sent parcel post unless express shipping is purchased.


DELIVERY TIME | AUSTRALIA POST

Parcel Post: 3-10 business days from receipt of order.

Express Post: 1-5 business days from receipt of order.

Are you a Dunsborough local and would like to pick up your web order? Email us as soon as the order confirmation comes though. It will be picked and packed ASAP ready for you to collect from our head office between Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (Sorry no try on’s)

WEB ORDER PROCESS

Your order is picked, packed, and shipped the very same (business) day.  Sale periods may incur an extra day.

You will be notified via email of your Australia Post tracking details. (Please check your junk folder if you have not received the tracking details)

If you do not receive your order after 10 working days please notify us via the contact us page.

Once the order is sent to Australia Post we cannot change the delivery address. Please check your details carefully. You will be responsible for any extra postage costs if we have to resend the parcel.

 

SHIPPING POLICY | INTERNATIONAL

International orders must be $200.00 AUD or over, for which a flat shipping rate of $25.00 AUD will be charged. Orders will be sent either international courier post or DHL.

International delivery times may differ between countries. Once your order is shipped you will be notified via email of your tracking details. Please check your junk emails if you have not received the tracking details.

**Any additional duties and taxed assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your countries duties and taxes prior to purchase.

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: Once the order is sent to the international courier we cannot change the delivery address. You will be responsible for any extra postage costs if we have to resend the parcel.

** You are responsible for any postage costs on return or exchange items.

      SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
