Orders Placed by 12pm AWST:

Will be shipped the day they are received.

Orders Placed After 12pm AWST:
Will be shipped the following business day.

Order Confirmation Email:

Please allow up to 10 minutes for the automated confirmation to arrive in your inbox after you've completed your purchase. If it's not there, check your junk or spam folder.

If you still can't locate the confirmation email, it's likely there is a typo or error in the email address. Please contact us and add your correct email and we will check it for you.

Tracking Number Email:

If you haven't received your tracking number, there could be a few reasons for the delay.

  1. Order Processing:
    Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking email to be generated.
  2. Check Your Email Filters: Sometimes, tracking emails can end up in your junk or spam folder.

Select "Pick-up" in the delivery section of the checkout to pick up your order from our Head Office in Dunsborough, W.A.

Orders placed before 12pm (AWST) on weekdays will be ready for pick-up the same afternoon.

Orders placed after 12pm (AWST) on weekdays or weekends will be ready the following business day.

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
