All full-priced items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange system. The quickest way is to re-order the item you wanted and return the unwanted item.

This approach is more likely to ensure you receive the item you want faster.

SALE ITEMS ARE NOT eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the item is defective.

SAMPLES are not eligible for return or exchange.

We refund quickly.
If we haven't refunded we haven't received it.

Your refund will be processed on the same or the following business day after we receive the returned item.

Retain your tracking number until the refund has been fully processed to keep track of its status.

Please note that refunds will be issued using the same payment method that you used for your original purchase.

Items purchased from one of our stockists cannot be exchanged or returned through our store.
