Returns Policy
• Full priced items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the package.
• Full price items purchased using a WELCOME CODE, INFLUENCER CODE, or LOYALTY DISCOUNT CODE may be returned within 30 days of receiving the package.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Items returned in poor condition cannot be refunded.
THE BELOW CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
• Jewellery, hats and hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to health reasons.
• Sale items are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use the measurement guide. (If in doubt leave it out.)
• Items purchased during a promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items with any code applied may not be returned.
FREE GIFT AND RETURNS
As a thank you and reward for supporting our brand, we offer a free tote bag when you spend over $390. You will need to add to cart when it pops up. If you decide to return some items and the balance falls under $390, please note that the bag must be returned.
If the gift is not returned, the $59.95 cost of the bag will be deducted from the total refund.
FAULTY ITEM
If by chance you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to have it rectified.
NEED ANOTHER SIZE?
We do not offer exchanges. Please re-order and return the unwanted size for a full refund. You can return via the link below.
“Reduce, re-use, recycle”
If you do need to return your order to us, we encourage you to re-use the mailing satchel it arrived in.
How to return your order
1. Lodge your return via the return center via the link below.
2. Turn the used satchel inside out.
3. Place garments in the satchel with your packing slip.
4. Use tape to seal up your satchel.
5. Fill out your name, address, order number and RMA number on the address sticker provided at the post office.
6. Pay for trackable shipping at the post office and keep your receipt with the tracking number.
Add your tracking number to your lodgement in our returns center.
Please note: Return shipping method and associated postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We suggest using a registered or trackable postbag. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete your refund.
RETURNS FAQ
- Your refund will be processed the same or next (business) day it comes back to us.
- Be sure to keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method as your original purchase.
- Credit Card refunds will be visible within 1-2 business days depending on your financial institution.
- Afterpay refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you've got a few other items on your order, the cost of the canceled item will be deducted from future payment installments. - ZipPay refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you've got a few other items on your order, the cost of the cancelled item will be deducted off future payment installments. - PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance within 1-2 days.
- Loyalty Points will be deducted from your account if an item is returned. 1 point for each $1 deducted.
