All orders placed after 12pm AWST will be shipped the next business day.
Processing Your Order
If your order is placed by 12pm AWST your order is picked, packed, and shipped the very same (business) day.
Sale periods may incur an extra day.
You will be notified via email and/or SMS of your Australia Post tracking details. Please check your junk folder if you have not received the tracking details.
Once the order is sent to Australia Post we cannot change the delivery address.
Please check your details carefully as you will be responsible for additional postage costs if we have to resend the parcel.

Free Express Shipping on all orders over $100.
Orders under $100:
Standard Shipping: $8.00
Express Post: $12.00
International Orders
International Express Shipping: $20.00.
Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pick-Up
Are you a Dunsborough local or here on holiday?
Select "Pick-up" in the delivery section of the checkout.
Orders placed before 12pm (AWST) on weekdays will be ready for pick-up the same afternoon.
Orders placed after 12pm (AWST) on weekdays or weekends will be ready the following business day.
Local pick-up is not available on the weekends
You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
